What is your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our MOQs (minimum order quantity) is based on the cost of tooling and printing setup to produce your custom packaging. These MOQs are set to provide cost-saving advantages to our customers, it is advisable not to go below our MOQs.
- All packaging boxes – 500 units
- Label & Sticker – 100 units
- Booklet & Brochure – Consult with our printing specialist
- Others – Consult with our printing specialist
How long does it take to complete an order?
The project completion timeline depends on the complexity and scope of your specific project, hence the exact timeline will be given by our Printing Specialist after the initial printing consultation.
Do you offer urgent orders?
Depending on seasonal demand and packaging capacity, we may accommodate urgent orders. We suggest consulting with our Printing Specialist to confirm our current availability for rush orders.
Can I change the design once the order has been placed?
After your final proof is approved, please be aware that changing the design is not available.
However, we understand that there may be situations where immediate design adjustments are necessary. In such cases, we kindly ask you to promptly inform your assigned Printing Specialist. While we cannot guarantee to stop the production, our team will make every effort to assist with the submission of revised designs.
NOTE: Any necessary adjustments to the production process, including restarting it, may incur additional charges.

Can I cancel my order?
If you have not yet approved your final proof, you may cancel your order by contacting your Printing Specialist. However, once your final proof has been approved, your order will automatically move into mass production and no changes or cancellations can be made.
Will I see a proof for my order? How do I know if my design is printable?
Our Pre-press Team will review your artwork to ensure there are no errors and send you a final proof for you to approve before moving to production. If your artwork do not meet our printable standards, our Pre-press Team will advise and guide you to fix these errors as best as we can.
Where do I track my order’s progress?
For any latest updates on your order, contact your Printing Specialist or contact our general helpline.
Is the price affected by the number of colors used in the design?
No – the price of your packaging is not affected by the number of colors you use if you are printing with CMYK, so use every color of the rainbow if you’d like!
Note: However, if your artwork requires PMS (PANTONE® Matching System) colors, additional charges will apply for each PMS color you choose to use.
What choices affect my pricing?
Here are some of the choices that may affect the price of your packaging:
- Size (larger packaging requires more sheets of material to be used)
- Quantity (ordering higher quantities will net you a lower cost per unit)
- Material (premium materials will cost more)
- Additional processes (additional processes require extra work)
- Finishing (premium finishing will cost more)
Do you have volume discounts or price breaks?
Yes, we do! High-quantity orders generally net a lower cost-per-unit (higher quantity = bulk savings) on all of our packaging orders.
Does your shipping cover every area in Malaysia?
Yes, our Printing Specialist will assist in managing and planning your entire shipping and logistics strategy to help you save on costs, regardless of your location, whether it be in the Klang Valley, West Malaysia, or even East Malaysia.
Is shipping included in my quote?
With several shipping methods available, shipping is generally not included in your quote unless stated explicitly during your consultation stage. We can provide more accurate shipping estimates upon request.
Note: Shipping estimates are not always 100% accurate and are usually used as a reference. Depending on the length and weight of your project, your final shipping costs may change when production is complete due to the ever-changing shipping rates. We advise working closely with your Product Specialist to keep constant updates on your shipping costs.
